I must say I was very disappointed at the service aspect at this store. The staff were friendly however it took half an hour to speak to a sales assistant. Although there appear to be dozens of employees working there, the store is understaffed which makes me more inclined to shop somewhere else.
The home button for my iphone was damaged and it didnt take the young man 10 min to go see whats wrong with it and when he was back he said its their damage and the warranty covered me, so without hesitating he lend me a new one! An amazing experience.
I had a similar experience a few years ago and was very appreciative of their support.
I had a problem with my nano (it wouldn't make any sound) and I had 2 people help me. I left with my nano working and all my songs still on there.
Excellent service, excellent products. Happy with overall Experience. Can be very busy from time to time but worth it.

You're right, they need more staff though, because every time I go passed it's chockers to the point of claustrophobia.
