I used to purchase from this company when they were Australian. They are now Chinese owned. And I’ve tried to purchase but their website sale offers often don’t work. Others have noticed this too. The sales team just tells you they know nothing about it rather than helping you make your purchase. Very poor attitude. I would not trust buying from this site again. So disappointing.

While I love and use the appelles branded products, I would not recommend anyone to give gift certificates as gifts. I received one for Christmas, it caused me nothing but heartache. I tried to place an order on numerous occasions only to be told it did not belong to me, it belonged to the giver. So unless you are going to give yourself a gift voucher stay away from their gift vouchers. In the end I had to hand the voucher to my daughter to purchase on my behalf. So In short stay away from their gift vouchers.

Like others, I received some products from them to trial for my wife. The packaging was so professional and expensive-looking. She enjoyed them so much that I went ahead and purchased more items from them.

They have a Facebook page and the employee running it is very quick to answer all of your questions. I noticed that they do giveaways on there as well.

Check them out for Christmas gifts because their products are very high quality, with great packaging, and the fragrance is very nice.

Was lucky enough to receive a 3 piece sample pack of heavenly skin products from Appelles through a Facebook Promotion they were running! The products arrived within a week and I could smell the aromatic scent and fragrance through the post bag before opening the parcel! Heaven on earth! Love the fragrance and the products were gentle and glided on the skin, as soon as you applied them! Wonderfully packaged as well - almost too nice to unwrap!

Loved the fact they included a 105 voucher for me to order online. Will be ordering some for a friend for her birthday!

Great company that is 100% Australian using aromatic ingredients and love that the packaging is biodegradable and not wasteful to the enviroment!
