It’s rare that I take to social media with issue of a company, but feel the need to warn people. Never hire ANTS Removals.
I made a booking a month in advance. Received an email confirmation and also spoke to someone on the phone with some additional questions. Called and reconfirmed my booking the week prior and on the day, no one showed. No one answered my calls or texts. Nothing. I tried to get a hold of them for 4 days. When someone finally did answer my call. They suggested I never had a booking. I reassured them I had the email confirmation and asked why no one would have returned my calls/texts. No response. I said that would be letting others know how unprofessional they were and before I could say I was giving you a chance to explain yourself; it was said “well why the F did you call” and hung up on.
My husband called back later. Was told someone would return his call. That their systems had crashed. No apology or explanation why they couldn’t respond to a call or text.
No call back. Called back again. Was told the person we spoke to went on holiday for a month. Said they had 500 jobs a week how they were expected to remember ours and to make a complaint with head office. When asked where the depot was, was told that he didn’t know….
Seriously??? This is how a professional company conducts business?? It’s a disgrace.
Moving is stressful enough. Not having your movers show up and not answer your phone calls is unacceptable, but then to be sworn at and lied too??? Do yourself and anyone you know a favour and don’t give this unprofessional and unreliable business any of yours.

Well from the start this was a disaster, they arrived with the wrong sized truck and the language in front of the children was shocking. They quit half way through the move leaving my couch on the driveway in the rain. Worst experience ever.
