Came here with my partner the other day on the way home from grocery shopping and decided to stop in for a quick pork roll.
Prices were as expected and the quality was somewhat okay. There's wasn't enough pate even though we asked for more. They also added in extra pork crackling to give it that extra crunch.
Overall nothing special.
PS. Outside signage says that prices from $3.50 but this is for the vegetarian only options. so don't get fooled guys :)

I have been here a couple of times. The vietnamese rolls are nice, freshly made for you on the spot. The prices range from $3.50 for a vegetarian roll so very good value - my favourite is BBQ Pork for $4.50.

The sushi is good, and they also have fried sushi as well which is a yummy occasional calorific splurge.

The ladies are very nice and friendly - the shop is never flat out busy, just nice and casual with a good flow of people through, so I never have to wait long.

I've not tried anything yet, but they have a nice range of pastries/sweets at what appear to me to be very reasonable prices.

If I were a tradie doing the rounds in this area I'd definitely add this to my list of tuck shops.

Overall a nice cheap place to have a fresh lunch.
