The staff are very friendly, and willing to look for any book you ask for. No matter obscure they may be. They will let you know if they can get it or not. It is a pleasure to go there.

I went in looking for a specific book. i couldnt find this so i walked up to the counter and spoke to a nice young man named Dylan. He was so helpful and kind and explained that I couldnt get the specific book i wanted due to shortage.
