Just picked up my son’s bike for christmas, Tristan was absolutely amazing. So friendly, explained everything and helped me put it in my car. He went above and beyond to help me and Anaconda is really lucky to have him. Thank you Tristan

Called into the Anaconda Store in Bayswater yesterday (2.6.22) I couldn't believe the incredibly awesome service I received from a young bloke by the name of Tristan. He was sensational , he was super attentive, looked you in the eye, listened and then acted with maturity well beyond his 20 years. I couldn't be happier with the service this young man gave me which, in this day and age is so, so refreshing. Thanks again Tristan, you made my day. Awesome employee! Cheers Doug

I went to the store for the first time today travelled a long way to get there and it turned out to be a fantastic time
Well worth the trip as The staff members that I dealt with worse super friendly and extremely helpful. Two of the nicest girls I’ve met in a very long time which was really surprisingly considering that most of the customers were lacking in personality and it was a hard pressed scenario for me to get a smile from anyone . They definitely made up for the long drive and for the people surrounding
