They were the cheapest quote, including all materials (tub, vanity, tiles, toilet, laundry trough etc) and here's the reason why. I won't try to exaggerate either. Crooked tiles, some with grout missing between them and two sections of skirting missing tiles altogether. Thick paint brush marks along the top of the tile line. I suspect it's the waterproofing paste under paint, although why they couldn't tile up to the ceiling is beyond me. Two types of silicon were used and half of it turned yellow. In a few sections, silicon is an inch either side of where it should be or missing altogether. It's so uneven and rippled that there are sections along the bath line I can't even clean the mould out. There is a tile laid vertically in a small wall space as if they couldn't be bothered cutting and laying two tiles horizontally. Tiles on one wall don't line up with another; they're about a cm off. And the toilet lid keeps moving to the right! I've sat and slid a few times. Hard edges around the bath hob with two sharp corners either end. My husband stepped backwards into a corner and cut himself open! On his right butt cheek! And there are black marks under the mirror due to improper water sealing. There's a funny plastic/rubber strip between the mirror and vanity unit where there should be tiles. Not only is the strip peeling off but so is the silicon around it. I've lived with it for two years now I'm finally able to get it redone.

Approximate cost: $4500
