When the bank takes forever to get anything happening for you.....call these guys. They had my loan approved in under a week!! NAB took 5 weeks just to get back to me in which time i had lost the opportunity to purchase the property i wanted. Not happy with NAB. Happy with Mortgage Broker Melbourne.
After spending hours researching loans and confusing myself to the point of going crazy, my wife and i decided to use a broker. We chose Dyason Finance as they were recommended to us. Glad we did!

By Far the best lending experience I've had. I'd recommend these guys to anyone considering a home loan. Whilst this is only my second home loan...i'd say using a broker for your home loan makes things a hell of a lot easier!!
Must say i'm impressed with this lot. I was originally sceptical about using a broker what with commissions they get paid etc. But after using Dyason Finance I can honestly say they do a fantastic job and are completely transparent about commissions they get paid from the banks. Very Happy.
