THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE - I booked the end of lease cleaning 3 weeks in advance for 12pm on a Tuesday. Called to confirm on Friday, and then called to check they had their own equipment a t5.30pm on Monday (the day before the clean).
Less than an hour before they were due to arrive, they cancelled via text message with no explanation. When I called their phone numbers, they ignored my calls. I phoned from my boyfriend's phone and they answered, when I said it was unacceptable and they needed to come and do the clean, the man hung up on me! I rang back and he yelled at me (!) saying I was speaking to him badly! He said "we can't clean, what are you going to do about it", then he then hung up on me again, turned his phone off and never caleld or messaged me.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - terrible service and completely unreliable.

The worst customer service i have ever encountered! DO NOT CALL THEM- they will not show up. I had booked their services almost 2.5 weeks in advance, confirmed the time and the price and then I also called them a week before they were due to come and then again 2 days before they were due to come- to make sure that the cleaning is going ahead. To my shock, on the day they were suppose to arrive, 15 minutes before the due time, I had received a message (not a phone call), a text message saying that all their cleaners went home and that they time I booked was too late for a Sunday. and of course when I tried to call them - noone picked up the phone. I had to give the keys to the realestate the following morning therefore I had to urgently find new cleaners- which thankfully i found and they were brilliant!!!
