The guys working here are lovely. Jean was especially attentive to my 6 month old baby and put the heater on in the waiting room before we arrived to make sure it was nice and warm while we waited for the RWC. We have been here twice and they are flexible with arranging suitable times to attend, they are efficient and well priced. I would recommend to anyone and will return.

From the moment to Chris I knew I would be taken care of. I was struggling to find a decent mechanic who would help me install a transmission into my Mazda 6 at a reasonable cost as I had a tight budget. I hadn't had my car in over 6 months and was desperate to finally fix it and get back to normal life as I've not been able to work without it. Chris had multiple discussions with me, was thorough, genuine and explained everything to me me prior. He gave me a fixed quote and was very understanding to my situation and fair with pricing. He even got me a better deal as he spoke on my behalf for the transmission, made sure I was not getting ripped off or the wrong product. Chris and his team truly went above and beyond! Even helped me with a few bits and bobs ( little problems like clips missing and even gave me a second hand battery free when we realized mine was not functional) to help me get back on the road til I get back on my feet, they knew how much i needed my car as i would randomly go in and pester them anxious to get it back . (Sorry guys lol ), They were nothing but nice and friendly every time. Told me to call anytime, and not to worry. They saved me money and I'll be going back next week for a few minor things I want to add and fix, (which they also quoted me for so i can plan ahead which is great) but I am so grateful to be able to have my car back. Communication was always open, super genuine guys. The reviews are legit. I can't say enough about how grateful I am. They didn't need to help me as much as they Did and most mechanics wouldn't, in fact they would over charge. Not the case here. You will get a fair deal and I won't be taking my car anywhere else from now on. Not only did I get my car back but they gave me a good price, helped me with little extras and also got the job done in 2 days. Always did what they said when they said. Another thing most mechanics dont do, they say 2 days and it ends up being 5 and they dont even call you, you always have to chase them. You honeslty get a1 service here. Things to note, my car was parked in a secure bay, not squished next to a bunch of other cars as I've had in most mechanics, worried they will scratch or hit my car. I was not concerned here. Work shop is high standard. Also they can provide a loan car while they repair yours, just ask in advance so they can book you in! What more can you ask for! My first time at All Care Automotive. I had major work done on my Subaru and found their service first rate, price reasonable and just found them very straight to deal with. I would certainly recommend them to others.

I have been looking for a mechanic outside of the dealerships for a while and finally decided to go to All Care Automotive for the first time. Took my Honda in for a service and a clutch replacement. The total job didnt go over the quoted prices and I am happy with the workmanship so far. The staff were friendly and I will be definitely be going back again.
