As a consumer who has been purchasing high end/luxury skincare and cosmetics for over a decade I have not found a company with better customer service or price! Alive have an exceptionally prompt delivery service and every product is fresh and genuine. I also have not ever found an online retailer with a more competitive price! Each customer service representative is knowledgeable and above and beyond helpful. Each recommendation I have ever been given has been completely spot on! I highly encourage every shopper to start making their purchases through Alive Skin + Hair-They also pop in samples in their orders which are a fantastic way to try out new products! Have placed about 4 orders with this company and brilliant every time. I use the DMK range and with my first order I was given a free DMK skin care bag. That is where all my goodies from Alive live now. So impressed with the service. Although DMK is an expensive range, the prices at Alive are the best I have seen anywhere. I love the little extras like the naughty sweet treats and shipping is always prompt.

My first experience buying online from Alive Skin + Hair has been 100% positive.
They said they would deliver within 5-7 days and delivered on the 5th day.
The product is exactly what I expected from the online store.
They even put in some extra samples which was really sweet as I had forgotten to use that tool when going to the checkout.
I will use this company again to purchase my skincare products.

Alpha H products were recommended to me by a colleague, so I went searching online. After researching a couple of sites, I returned to the Alive Skin & Hair website and registered. The site is so easy to use and the prices were very comparable, or better than the other sites that I visited. I love being able to choose a free sample at check out. My order was processed immediately and I received it in 2 days. Now that's a record, from my online shopping experiences. Thanks also for the little chocolate :)

I have received my full order as of today. I was surprised and a little chuffed when I noticed the added free samples and the mentos in the packaging with the last piece of my order.
