I had my hair chemically straightened and it was amazing! The service was out-standing I would recommend the team in a heart beat! I feel like a brand new person - it used to take me at least 1 hour to straighten my hair and now I can just walk out of the shower and my hair is straight! Alicia was very friendly, honest and helpful. As it turns out I decided not to get a haircut after some good advice. She gave me some styling tips, a little fringe trim and didn't even charge me! Will definitely go back.

I've tried many different salons and even in home hairdressing services; some have been good but didn't provide continuity of service due to high staff turnover, others haven't measured up to expectations in spite of inflated prices! In desperation I searched on line and came accross Hair on the Park reviews, so I emailed the owner Alicia who promptly replied and assured me satisfaction. After an in depth FREE consultation, I made an appointment for a colour and styling service which Alicia provided herself. What can I say! The lady knows her stuff; she's a true professional, and even though I have to travel a fair way to get to her lovely and bright salon, I'm now truly hooked and not looking for a good hairdressing experience anymore; as I've finally found it. Thank you.

Well I had my first appointment last week and it was a great experience. What can say but knowledge and proffessionalism stands out. This will definately be a regular for me. I was very impressed and have already recommended to a few friends.

After going to the same hairdresser for 2 years and having it broken from over processing twice, it was time for a change. Through google surfing I happened upon Hair On The Park and sent an email requesting an appointment. OMG best hairdresser I've ever been to. All those years of unhappy bleaching with inexperienced hairdressers; only you don't know until you get a great one. Alicia is amazing. I just hope she doesn't get so popular that I won't be able to get an appointment!!!!!!!!!!!!

After moving to the gold coast from melbourne 2 years ago i have been struggling to find a hairdresser who could deal with my thick dark hair.As soon as i sat down with alicia i knew i was dealing with a professional. She knew exactly what i wanted and the colour and cut was fantastic. Im so glad to have finally found my new hairdresser.

Would definately recommend this salon, great feel, attention to detail and they listen :) Will definately be going back there. Also my colour has lasted ages, see you in a few weeks girls :)

Fantastic place!!! My colour has never looked so good :) Previous high end hairdressers never got my blonde colour correct & always broke my hair off - Alicia took the time & care to get the perfect colour & my hair did not break off. Highly recommend :)
