Booked some tickets and the individual was so rude and arrogant. I have never seen or heard anybody in a business speak to their clients the way this person did. I was shocked to know that this business is still operating today. Please do not go to this travel agent as they do not even know their hotels and had put me in a hotel that was miles away from the CBD and airport. I asked prior to departing and that person said yes it is in the city. Go do your homework before you decide to give advise to your clients.
