Recently I did the Pasta Making class here. I had a ball, the couple who run this are extremely knowledgable and very open with tips and tricks for getting the most out of your pasta making and overall experience in italian cooking from their region. The helpers on the day were equally enthusiastic in ensuring not only did you learn what you need and want to learn, but also ensure you enjoyed all elements.
