Installation job was very well coordinated and the installers very friendly and knowledgeable as well. Installation was completed within a day obviously with few hiccups, however all were sorted out without issues.

Used a Quote website & Air & Water Residential in Maddington contacted us to supply a quote. They provided a good range of products for us to choose from. They were very knowledgeable & efficient. Once we had decided who we were going to use & what we were going to have installed, the process was very fast, clean & efficient. The service we received during that process was such that - although we did check the prices of other companies - we automatically headed back to Air and Water.
This time we built a new house in Floreat.
I spoke a number of times with Larry - but never had too/or felt I had too head into the Air and Water office.
I went through the options with Larry - Daiken, Panasonic and a few others... (Larry knew his stuff) however our current LG was working without missing a beat... so LG it was.
We had a 18 kW LG ducted air conditioner installed. Along with a wiz bang control (IZone... looks like an iPhone).
It works very well... offset by 6kW Solar Panels.
Without hesitation I would recommend Air and Water.. from sales to install to subbie Electricians.. (Mitch)...and after sale.. service was what I always expected and often hard to find in Perth.

I needed a large reverse cycle system for a large house, so I noticed they did commercial, so felt they should have the experience I needed. They ran into a problem with the new machine and put themselves out to replace the whole machine in the ceiling, which was obviously under warranty, which was very much appreciated by me, as it was very hot to be without air conditioning. I really am happy to recommend this company as they seem to know what they are doing, which is not my general experience with most air conditioning companies.

I needed to replace my old existing evapourative air cooler recently and did my due diligence of ringing around and getting quotes etc. As I was convalescing from a recent hospital stay, I needed the changeover as soon as possible. Air and Water were the company that were able to provide the service in the shortest amount of time, so they won the job. However, after that, I was incredibly impressed by their professionalism, and speedy response to my queries and supply of all relevant documentation, and added in an extended warranty which I wasn't expecting. On the day of installation, the installers were polite courteous, efficient and left no mess behind. The various trades were very well co-ordinated so there was little to no waiting time as well. In short, I feel that this company under promised and over delivered, which is rare in this day and age. I will have no hesitation calling on them when I need to upgrade my next hot water system. Highly recommended!
