I connected my power with them via the online communication chat method back in November,

Provided all my details, flybuys etc and was confirmed as all linked. My first account arrived and was obscene, considering due to the fact that my property was uninhabitable and i was not even living there so I lodged a dispute.

The next account received was in credit as they actually did a metre reading and corrected their guestimate.

Today I received my flybuys account and confirmed that they did not link my account as promised, in effect i've lost out on some 11,000 points. I contacted them again today and was told that they were unable to back date this, mention the word dispute, get put through to a customer relations member in Australia who was able to resolve the whole issue for me.

I appreciate that some companies are based overseas but when you have to make noise to get the wrong righted and speak to someone i your own country its not great.

Great customer service with helping me with my enquiry regarding my Electrity Supply. Fast and reliable. Most welcome service. Would reccomend them to anyone.

I have been with this company for 5 years, and have found them to be wonderful. There are minimal blackouts, and customer service is paramount. I got two discounts this year, 1 for being loyal 5% and 1 for getting an online account 8% . That's a pretty big saving. I also like them because they send me newsletters about sustainability, and what measures we as consumers can make to reduce our bills/usage. I have never had a problem with them.
