I wanted to buy some nice hand wash that would look a little more chic in the bathroom for our guests to use rather than the usual Palmolive hand wash!

It was a splurge for me at $39 but I don't regret it. It's divine. The assistant was very helpful and was happy for me try them. The assistant also was there by side waiting with a fluffy hand towel to dry my hands. Now that's service!

I always resist being pressured into any sort of buy, so I was very pleased that I felt no pressure to buy anything from Aesop.

The biggest surprise was the amount of samples that were given to me to take home to try. Included were some samples of facial wash, toner and moisturizer all suited to my skin type.

The prices are a little indulgent but not exorbitant, as another reviewer stated. I love the packaging. It would look good both in a manly or feminine bathroom. And the hand wash is also scented suitably for both my partner and I.

I think that's what I like most about Aesop and why I've wanted to try it, it's great for both of you and anything from the Aesop range would make a great gift for that special man in your life, whether it be you boyfriend or your grandfather.

The hand wash was $39 and it is a generously sized bottle. It looks great on the vanity.

Great staff. The girl that helped me genuinely appeared to want
to help me and was not driven by the sale.

Now I'm looking forward to trying out my samples tonight!

Approximate cost: $A bit of indulgence but not over the top

I love this brand. Beautiful natural skincare that isn't made of nasty ingredients that will hurt your skin. The store smells gorgeous and the staff are very willing to help you. If you don't know what works for you they will give you sample sachets so you can take home and try the products. The eye make up remover isn't harsh or nasty like other brands - it is oily but it's natural oils and this just ads to the moisturisation of your skin.

Nice range of products. A little expensive, but not outrageous. The shop is not very large and is not the most inviting of spaces, but the customer service is good and they have some lovely products.

Aesop have very knowledgable staff that walked me through the ins and outs of good skin care and recommened products. Their store is beautiful and the products whilst expensive are fantastic, not tested on animals and use as natural ingredients as possible.
