Established in 2009.

APCR was established to provide high standard, personalised computer support to homes and small business owners in Adelaide Metropolitan area. Soon after opening, we began a laptop repairs service, and soon after that, began offering free pickup and delivery Adelaide-wide. This service was enthusiastically received by our customers who loved that they did not have to drive or wait to get their computer repairs or laptop repairs. Since them, the business has moved into offices in Clark Terrace Seaton, and continues to provide the same high-level, friendly, personalised IT support that has enabled our business to grow so successfully since its inception.

Meet the Business Owner

Jim has been involved in servicing and repairing computers for approximately 20 years. In the early 90's he ran computer bulletin boards (in the days before the Internet was popular). Over the years he has been involved in many aspects of IT support, including Warranty support for Asus laptops, remote support, helpdesk support, and of course laptop and desktop computer repairs.

When to this business for a simple issue.

My PC start button was not working. Other companies advised I replace the whole casing @ $600!!!!!!!!!!. This didn't seem quite right to me. I mean the casing is about 3 years old.

Well, Ken fixed the problem for a mere $130. Plus he cleaned the guts of the PC and solved a few other issues.

I cannot rate Ken enough, he's honest and through. And happy to give advise.

Jim Stewart is one of those rare gems one occasionally stumbles on. Very understanding of the inadequacies of those who started with computers late in life.

Wonderful “Front of House”, listening, documenting, no time wasting idle chatter, so impressive.

Sorted out my issues (and the IPad Screen replacement!), and the offer of over the phone follow up if still struggling. And that has happened, wonderful customer service.

Seaton is a bit of a drive for me, but I’d drive from anywhere. Can’t speak highly enough.

Jim and his team inherited a botched job and went out of their way to makes things right. They rebuilt my desktop are careful assessment and did an excellent job. I have no hesitation in giving the highest recommendation and recommend this service for any individual or small to medium business.

Just found them easy to talk to and very far, reasonable. Prices were not that high and the service actually top notch. Kept me informed ... seemed to really care about what they were doing, and did it well
