Coming to Acland Street Medical clinic feels like coming to a factory. I don't mind waiting for an appointment even if it's very delayed but at least I'd like to receive a time and assistance that I need and, unfortunately, most of the time I feel like the doctor wants to hand me a piece of paper and let me out which makes you feel really unwelcome and frustrated. I've dealt with dr Azadeh Khatibi who was really rude and unprofessional and dr Tayebeh Kazeuroni who I found quite insensite. This is not a way to welcome & assist patients.

Been coming here for years. The doctors are very attentive and understanding even though they get quite busy. Also they bulk bill for healthcare card holders.

I always find my doctor there to be a lovely friendly and caring lady
her name is dr yu yu chit jelinek. she is from Burma. When I can't get in to see her most of the other doctors are very nice too and not only that but thorough and don't rush you on like other places do. You can usually get in fairly quick. also they bulk bill which is great!
