My wife is undergoing medical treatment and I found this nanny services to look after my children as she will be struggling to provide basic needs to the children.

I've been sending her in and out of hospital and managing many other things including the two children for the last month. I've been corresponding with the managing director of this centre for the past 2-3 weeks on the arrangement and asking the right questions to send nanny to look after my children.

To my horrid, this managing director ran out of patience yesterday. Telling me I'm wasting her time and asking so many questions that leads to nowhere. I told her she should have empathy on our situation and she should be patient to her customers. She indicated she doesn't need to be patient and I'm not her customers - she is trying to help our family situation. I can't believe such customer service attitude can survive in this service line. I'm very glad I'm not taking nannies from her to look after my children as well since her impatient and poor attitude could likely be infected to her nannies treating towards my children and family.

I strongly ask potential customers to "test out" the patience level of this centre before leaving your children in their hand.
