Had the worst experience of my life with this company, two very rude staffs were sent and brought a very big truck while I had explained to them on the phone how much stuff we have, the extremely big truck could not come through the drive way so they had to carry my brand new furniture under the rain for 150 meters, I noticed they conveniently left my white couch on the wet floor on the street!! The head office on the phone was extremely rude too, my husband ended up carrying most of my boxes himself and had a back pain for a long time afterwards.

From the beginning, I was impressed with the service offered by this company. The guys turned up promptly and completed the job professionally. Being able to order and return boxes was also a bonus.

Called & booked a pick up. Requested a large truck as we informed them we had lots of furniture. Two men turned up in a small truck refusing to do the pick up so they just left not talking to us or explaining anything to us. Called head office & was explaining to the person the situation not only did they hang up on us they refused to answer the phone for the rest of the day. At no time were we rude we just needed a bigger truck. So we were left with no removalist. Do not trust these people. You don't want to be left in the same situation.

Thank you for the wonderful job done for me on last Saturday 27th March. The guys were very polite and professional, helped us to move from Hurstville to South Strathfield. They did the job promptly and took great care with it and all went perfectly. Your rates are also great as it fit in our budget because your movers didn't waste any time.
