My laptop crashed. It had not been running particularly well and finally died. Not only is it fixed but running better than it did when I first bought it! David kept me informed of how he was going and what he was doing and put in a lot of effort in speaking to Microsoft and the computer's manufacturer. He stayed within $20 of his original estimate of cost and provided excellent service.
