Gave my keys to the tiler to retile, waterproof a shower alcove. Was advised 3 times he was going to do the job but never did. Then I needed the keys back and was unable to make contact with the tiler. Eventually after 3 days of trying we made arrangements for the keys to be left in a safe place. When I went to collect them they were missing...I now have to change all the locks to the house. Looking at the work done... hmmm I am sure he did not know what to do. Cement boarding had been used, no cut outs for taps, and shower nozzle, just strips of the boarding placed rather haphazardly in diagonals around the taps. I could go on
