Recently moved to Melbourne and found a-one accountants online with good reviews. So I thought I would give them a try to do my personal tax return. I have not been disappointed at all. Anand was professional, efficient, personal and happy to answer any questions. It was also better value than other accountants I have been to. I would definitely recommend them.

Went today for a tax return. The service provided was very friendly and professional. Clear, unambiguous and easy to deal with.

I was with another accountant, I had an urgent issue to be addressed and had to lodge to the ATO within a stipulated time. There was a lot of pending work and A One Accountants assigned two full time staff to me. I had to assist with explaining the various amounts to them, but they did it briskly and also worked overtime. I was very happy with their service, the fee too was quoted upfront and even though the schedule went over the stipulated time, I was not charged for the extra time spent. Very professional and helpful. Much recommended.

Anand is very knowledgeable about various facets of tax. We were unsure about our claims and needed expert advice. Consulted a few accountants with no definite luck, eventually met Anand. He got in touch with the ATO and not only helped us determine the correct deduction but also provided me with a link to the legal database from the ATO website. It took us some time to get an answer but all was worth it.
