We had a lovely dinner here. Good, honest pub meals. The food was fresh and my husband enjoyed his steak - which is no small feat! They were very friendly and helpful with our young daughter. Very very good value childrens meals.

Approximate cost: $20

Was amazed at how big this venue is, as it looks quiet small on the outside.
Had a great meal, service and the entertainment was brilliant.
Very surprised of this local secret, no pokies, good friendly environment.
We will go back for sure!

I preferred this restaurant a few years back when the emphasis was not on bands and young people. It was a relaxing place to go for a meal and a drink. We've been there a few times and very often they will get someone's order wrong or it will take ages to come out.

It's nice, but I wouldn't go when the music starts as it's just too loud for dining. It is not a child friendly restaurant, there are high chairs but there isn't really anything for a child to do when they're not eating. There is a toybox hidden away in a secret alcove but this is nowhere near the dining area so you do need to supervise them wandering.

The food is okay but I haven't truly come across anything that makes me go "WOW" - which is what I really like to find in any restaurant.

They were wonderful with our 3 year old, very friendly and had coloring for her. We took our own "entertainment" for her.

The ambiance is the most appealing thing about this place, covered in local history and has a real community feel. The service is pretty good too but meals can be a bit pricey, especially for the type of food it is. So it is worth going for parma night, they're parma's are pretty awesome and all the meals a generous portions. All in all its definitely our favorite local, especially for a cold beer on the balcony on a hot summers night!

This is a lovely old fashioned pub with a great atmosphere. There are a lot of old collectibles around the place. The food comes out in generous sizes is not bad at all and constantly improves. They always have cover bands on, its great for young adults. There is also a nice balcony area to sit at and this place would be great in the summer for a fun beer with friends.

THe atmosphere is quite nice. There is loads of memorabilia and old photos of the local area. Plenty to keep your eyes busy. They have a band on Thurs-Sundays which are generally pretty good. The meals are nice but more on the pricey side for an outer suburb restaurant. The chicken parmigiana's are very nice and they have cheap parma and pot night on a Thursday I think.
