Worst company!
We had a skip bin delivered on the 20/06/2014 and it's now the 27/08/2014. The driver hit our fence and damaged it, he drove off without saying a word. Lucky we heard it and a neighbour saw him do it. After MANY calls we haven't got anywhere. The either give you a disconnected number to call or don't answer. When I call and finally get through to try to get this issue sorted out he actually laughs at me and pretends he doesn't know what I'm talking about. They have been given 2 quotes for the fence- which they asked for (one by each neighbour). He asked that we drop the quote off to him and he gave us the address to drop it off, it was a vacant block with no one there. We then called and he said ' oh you should have called before you got here'. We then had to drop it off at another location. We have spent nearly $6000 with this company since January due to a move of house, we only ask that they do right by us! We have been told that the police and ombudsman can't do anything, our only option is VCAT or using the house insurance - which requires an excess payment. We have made the decision to go through the house insurance.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are awful!
We have also had issues with them not dropping bins off on time and leaving it a week longer than the arranged pick up date, one driver actually smashed the gutter opposite our house (council took over and got that fixed).
DO NOT USE THEM! They are rude and unprofessional!
