I have attended Lisa's classes @ Cheltenham & Lorraine's at Beaumaris both are exceptional. They are caring thoughtful, helpful & kind. Both are wonderful teachers & are ever aware of any physical issues that you may have that prevent you from doing a particular pose & assist you to complete it in a different way or an alternative. They offer a range of classes of varying degrees of difficulty. They accept casual attendees or regulars & offer a book of 5 or 10 classes. This enables you to access cheaper classes. I thoroughly recommend these classes.
