1 review about West End Physiotherapy

When I first started pilates, I came here believing that a physiotherapy studio would provide the attention I needed for my back (I have had back surgery and ongoing issues). The first physio I saw here who did my assessment and individual sessions was great. I was then ready to move into a class. The guy who runs these is useless. I often complained of pain and he would tell me I just needed to get used to it. I would pull up sore after sessions and he would attribute it to having worked muscles I hadn't used for a while. I am aware of the difference between delayed onset muscle soreness and muscles that feel pulled or pinched. The last straw though was that I couldn't bear to listen to this guy. He believed he knew everything about every subject and just liked to sit on a ball for the entire class and talk. He even had advice on how I should do my job in a completely unrelated field in which he admitted he had no experince or training. I finally switched to a different place and then realised what clinical pilates should be!
