My kids were hasseling me to get one as a couple of their friends have them. For Christmas, I got them one and they were so excited. A quality trampoline and very safe.

Upon asking what was different about their trampolines, the staff did not try to sell, instead they told me why trampolines differ across the market! Excellent!

We bought our trampoline a year ago. Recently our newly acquired dog decided to play with some parts. I e-mailed about replacement parts and received a very helpful and prompt response. The value for money and the fact that replacements are available makes these trampolines hard to beat and worth the price, don't buy supermarket junk! They are also great for their fun mat and the tent, the point of difference means our trampoline is used more than our friends children use their own.

Approximate cost: $600

We ordered our trampoline and it arrived 22 hrs later, traveling interstate. The staff are very helpful and provide a tutorial on how to set up. The quality it seconds to none. The best service I have had in a long time good on you vuly.

We have had a Vuly Trampoline for 2 years now, and it is still in new condition. The quality has been excellent, but the service received from this store is outstanding. They are a really progressive business and I always make a point of spreading the word about them, as they are a rarity. Thanks Vuly - a feel good story!

First class product and service. Trampoline itself has a consistent bounce, and higher weight loading of Vuly trampolines compared to others means that the whole family can enjoy the trampoline.

Hi,
After checking safety features as well as value for money for a trampoline for my children, it became quite clear from reviews on the NET that VULY trampolines were a strong option.
We discovered that a local sport store in Wagga stocked them so we decided to go directly to the shop as we could get the trampoline that day. (School Holiday entertainment!!)
We were disappointed to find a SMALL defect in the Trampoline mat and took it back to the sports store the next day. The Store talked directly to Vuly and organised to get the mat replaced. The VERY next day the replacement mat arrived in Wagga from QLD. We had at least 2 calls from Vuly to firstly apologise, and also check that the replacement mat had arrived safely. Could not believe that Vuly were able to do this so Quickly....My children are now bouncing happily and what could have been dissappionting, was actually a very pleasant experience. VERY happy with the customer service from this company.

We have recently bought a 12 foot Vuly trampoline for our two children. Safety was my primary concern for me, so I naturally looked at Springfree trampolines first, but quickly lost interested when I looked at the prices (and heard they weren't as bouncy as other trampolines). We also considered Target/BigW/Kmart trampolines but I was not convinced of the strength of their products and to be honest, I think they look like sagging-nets in people's front yards.
My first impressions of Vuly Trampolines was through their website which I found to be excellent - easy to navigate, a comprehensive FAQ guide and an installation video. I felt confident buying online without a test drive at their showroom. We chose a Vuly trampoline as it had several added safety features, what appeared to be quality materials, and good deals on half-price replacement goods. Having had ours delivered (very quickly, at a date and time that suited me) and well used for a few weeks now I am very happy with our purchase. Installation was solid work but achievable by one person. All materials seem very strong, with several tie-points for the net (I expect there will be little sagging), icons printed on the mat which has prompted several creative jumping games, and a fantastic cubby tent (included in our particular deal) that kept a bit of shade off and created a whole new experience for the kids. Although we paid more than a Target&co trampoline and less than a Springfree, we are really pleased with our trampoline, confident in its quality and anticipate many hours of enjoyment for the family

Approximate cost: $600

Kids love. All factors, quality, customer service and most important bounce quality passed all expectations.
