Not impressed and not satisfied. Like every walk in that sees a sign that says 'no appointment needed' you would assume that you can walk and get your hair done no question on the spot. I walk in and was told that I neeedd to make an appt, so I did. During my appt not only was my hair washed with cold water and splashed in my face by another stylist, my stylist had misheard my request. I had asked for a trim on the ends and thinning out on the ends to cut down the bulk. My hair was thinned out from the roots and massive amount of strands had fallen to the ground. Before I knew it half the hair on my head is on the floor. Oh and I was charged $88 with my blow wave because I didn't say my hair was long and thick, it wasnt long and thick after my crap haircut!! . Misleading and terrible service, they may as well change the name of the business, because there was NO VOLUME when I left that place.

I bought a voucher for Shellac manicure in this salon because it was on Chapel Street.When i came in my appointment was delayed for 45 minutes and I had to wait there. I have had the worst manicure in my life!!! The beautician did not clean my cuticles. I asked for a round shape for nails but got a square one. Shapes were different on few fingers and I always had to ask her to correct it please. My hands and under nails were dirty and she did not clean them before starting to apply nail polish so all the dirt got messed with the polish. she kept taking nail polish away and applying again and again. There were only few colors to choose from: black, dark blue, bright pink, red and white. I got a head ache and wanted to leave asap. Shellac machine is very old.Just terrible!
