Terrible customer service & support. The sub-assemblies require additional tools to assemble. The instructions are hopeless.

I was in need of a new yoga mat and a friend of mine suggested I take a look at their site since they had a good and diverse range. I really liked the idea of an eco friendly mat and purchased it despite it's somewhat steep price (I've been buying cheapie mats over the years so anything above $20 for me is a lot!) and was really happy with my purchase when it arrived. What's more its pretty solid and durable so it was definitely worth the $$.

After being given some Earth shoes for Christmas from a relative interstate. I discovered they were too small, the person who gave them to me had inquired with the store and was informed that refunds and exchanges for wrong size were totally acceptable, I wanted an exchange and when we got to the store the new shoes were cheaper then ones I had by $20 we were informed that we could not be reimbursed for the excess money because the fine print on the website claims that sale items incurred a restocking fee of $15 and they do not give any refunds on sale items, so we lost the entire $20 on the stores greedy policy. The staff member was friendly but the manager was rude and unwilling to accommodate me in a difficult situation. I was disappointed by the stores policy and their previous assurance that exchanges were okay and felt that they hid from being moral with a policy. Sadly its a case of buyer beware.
