I have been to a few gyms in my life but have literally found the gym I love to be in. I find the staff to be extremely supportive and motivational. I find the staff get to know their gym members instead of just being another person through their doors. The trainers all know their stuff which helped me achieve my goals. I'll never go anywhere else!

Absolutely love coming to Spectrum. I was never one to go to the gym, but enjoy coming here thoroughly. The trainers are all amazing and push you without being bossy about it. Everyone is always fun and friendly and has a nice community feel which is amazing.

I have been to numerous gyms in the Lawnton area and I have found Spectrum to be the best. Great value for money, lots of variation in workouts in classes, weights, gym organised activities and staff that care and know your name! A real little community and I'm proud to be apart of it. Spectrum Gym is the best gym that I have ever been to! I have been to a few of the "Big Name" gyms and felt that I was just another number to their client list. However, with Spectrum Gym I don't feel like another number to the list, I feel apart of a community who all respect, care and enjoy fitness together. The trainers are amazing and make you feel welcomed and give the best advice on anything you need. The members are beautiful and we all greet each other with a welcoming smile. Spectrum Gym's group classes are my favourite. They are challenging and rewarding, plus there is an abundant amount to choose from so you'll never get bored of the same exercises.

I have lost over 10kg just from the support, equipment and motivational team that this gym has given me.

Has such a nice community and family feel to it! Great staff - very friendly and welcoming. I enjoy my workouts so much more when the people around me smile when you look at them.

I've been a member of a couple of gyms over the years but Spectrum Gym has certainly been my favourite. I've found the staff (and also fellow gym members) to be very friendly and helpful...no pretentiousness or wearing of make-up and 'brand name only' gym outfits to workout required😊👍
I also love that they have an outdoor obstacle course and tennis courts for those of us that like to train outdoors😊
I'd definitely recommend 'Spectrum' Gym to anybody wanting to adapt a healthier lifestyle.😊

This is the best gym I have ever been to (and there have been a few..). There are no flashing lights, bells or whistles, but there is definitely an abundance of the things that matter... Staff and members who are supportive and there to make your experience, the best that you can have. There are no stupid questions at Spectrum. The staff will support you in any challenge you wish, whether it be a proper member challenge or one that you have set yourself. Excellent equipment, and a good variety of classes, plus tennis and basketball courts.
