I used to be a loyal customer of Selbys, but recently that changed. The girls that work there are quite rude and stuck up, and seem to have no idea whats going on when David isn't around. My hair was badly damaged by numerous hairdressers there. Even though I was a loyal customer there was never any incentives or specials, and it seemed every month the cost of my service (the same every month) was more and more expensive. The on site beauty therapist is good, but she is rarely actually on site.
I had my hair styled for a wedding at Selby's and the girls there were very helpful and gave me exactly what i was after. I now book in with them for all my hair appointments.
