Our pets love it they are so happy to see the staff and run off down the hill to get started on their holiday and never look back. This always make us happy to know that they are well looked after and given the love and attention we would give them.

I always send my dogs and cats to Samford Pet Resort. They love it there and always seem happy. The staff remember their names and my pets remember the staff. It's great knowing they are all cared for when I am away.

I love Samford pet resort and so do my two dogs. As soon as we pull up at the resort, their tails start wagging and you can just see how excited they are to be there.
The staff that work there are very knowledgable and always make me feel at ease when I take my pets there. Their stay at the resort always seems to be enjoyable and they always come back home looking healthy and clean.

My dog spent ten days there and was returned to me looking like a neglected animal you see on television.
I took my dog to the vet who have observed him since I bought him and they couldn't believe how bad he looked.

The kennel offered numerous possible excuses. They were unable to justify why they had not contacted me when they realised he was deterioting. Instead they ignored his obvious poor condition which they only acknowledged when I picked him up.

One of the things I love about this service is that they offer a free pick-up and drop-off service to my local vet at Carindale. I've only actually been up there once to check it out and ...wow. I'd rather stay there than some of the places I stay at for business. Lovely big open country area, air conditioned, individual play time every day. I'm sure my dog doesn't want to come home!

We wouldn't take our cats anywhere else. It s a bit outside town, for sure, but they're really clean and service (checking in and out) is super-efficient. Use the luxury cat villas, the cats even get a TV in the room. All the attendants seem very experienced and are good at handling animals.

We have had our dog out to Samford Pet resort several times and are very happy with the experience. They will pick him up from our vet in Bulimba and bring him back again. He always looks healthy happy and fresh and clean.

Have used Samford Pet Resort for many years with all our pets and so has the rest of our family. They are a wonderful local business and we have always had nothing but the best from them. All of our pets love staying with them and we believe that the dogs don't want to come home. Have met the staff locally in Samford as well and they have always been nothing but friendly. I would recommend them to every one if you want that piece of mind when your on holidays.

My two dogs visit the Samford Pet Resort on a regular basis and we have nothing but great things to report. The staff care for the pets if they were their own and I always know my dogs had a great time because the sleep the whole trip home! It's great to see my dogs get so excited on arrival and that the staff remember their names. Love your work guys!
