I send my nine month here and have since he was seven months. Girls are all really lovely, he always comes home well fed, tired and happy!! He does do activities despite other reviewers comments as he sometimes comes home with paint etc on him. And by the time you pick your kids up NO carer is going to look 100% after looking after a room full of kids under five! I've worked in it before and applaud the ladies on their job and would recommend on. I get invoices and they helped me heaps with my childcare benefit stuff :) oh I also love that they have real grass out the back too. I don't want my child bubble wrapped!!!

A fantastic family run service providing 3 meals per day to children. I didn't have to bring any food with me. Staff are bubbly and loving towards my children. The centre is always clean and a pleasure to be in.

Approximate cost: $88

NEVER SEND YOUR CHILD HERE!!!!! they scam CASH money off you no receipt.. no trace of it for a deposit. Carers are dirty and tatty looking. Kids just have free play all day.. no activities. the owner is a money hungry lady who should not e in the childcare indusrty. and the conditions are discusting.. just go there to see for yourself!

Approximate cost: $75day

I have to agree, that the owners are money hungry. Last year I returned to work and was worried about childcare. Rossi's was the first place I arranged to meet with, to put our daughter in when I returned to work. When told there were vacancies on two days, I said we would only be needing one. This was fine with the staff member but I was told I'd need to go in that day to fill in the paperwork as vacancies were rare. I scrambled to get to the appointment that morning, was made to wait 15 minutes, and was then told our spot had been filled by someone else who wanted two days and that's all that was available. I was very disappointed that they didn't hold my spot and on saying that a phone call would have been polite, was told "well you were offered both days but didn't take them".

Where to start?!
I completely agree with dyhls review. Just shocking. Payment by cash or cheque ONLY. No receipts, ever.
I dropped off my then 16mth old one day and said he was thirsty, the girl took him outside to a tap!!!
Not supposed to drop off after 9am, one morning we dropped off near lunch time (11.30ish) to find they were cutting up the parent fruit donations to give them for lunch!
There is a reason that kicthen never looks like it has been cooked in. It NEVER has been cooked in!
We picked this centre because of the way that it looked. Looks were very deceiving. Never ever saw more than 3 staff on in the entire centre at any time I was on premises. Compared with the new daycare where there is always at least 5 staff AND a cook in the kitchen.
My son was absolutely miserable at Rossi. We lasted 6 weeks before we pulled him out. He was instantly happier at the other centre (and it was cheaper and receipted!).
I should have taken the hint that there was no wait list for Rossi.
