Best crew out there. They know their cars and are happy to explain all work. Reasonable prices. Been using this crew for 25 years. They love fords like we do!

I would never go back to this place again. Firstly, no service with a smile. i was told that if the service was going to cost more than last year, they (Tony) would call me. I received no such call, and of course it was more. Another caser of 'Post Isolation Greed'. I was told I needed 2 rear tyres. Had them checked out first thing the next morning, only to be told that the tyres had at least another 5 - 8,000 ks left on them. Other work was stated that needed to be done to the tune of $600. Needless to say, I do not believe anything that comes out of their mouth. Give them a miss.

Great communication and service. Trustworthy, and they get the job done. I took my car in for a service this month and was able to wait nearby then had a call to say the brakes needed doing and they were able to get the part in right away and fix it while only adding another 1.5 hours onto the job. Plus they showed me the pads when I came to collect the car. I've brought two cars here and been pleased with every part of the process. Based on past experience, I feel pretty lucky to have found Tony and Aaron and Lauren = efficient, experienced and honest. Highly recommended.

took my car due to the engine light was coming on got my car back they told me the issue was fixed next day i had the same issue with the engine light coming back on they did not fix the problem..... had to take it somewhere else and they fixed the issue..... ROD HINDS ARE RIP OFFS AND WOULDNT RECOMMEND THERE SERVICEP

Great service, excellent price - much cheaper than i expected given the service was waaaay overdue - I would have paid triple elsewhere. Couldn't recommend more highly.

I went to Rod Hind because of the recommendation of this website - I found their service to be really customer orientated! I'm the same as a lot of single women, I don't really know who to trust but they've made me feel safe and welcomed. They explained everything that would be covered in my servicing - which was quite a lot, and all in layman's terms I understood. I am always going back again, and I know I can trust them always.

Fantastic. Friendly, sincere and trustworthy. Went out of their way to get my car looked at at short notice, ran a diagnostic test immediately and cost was a quarter of the price KTAS had charged me previously. These guys are honest and not trying to oversell or rip you off. I'll never go anywhere else now.

I have been going there ever since I bought my first car. They are trustworthy and always try and make the services as inexpensive as possible without sacrificing safety. I would never go anywhere else. I've moved from east bentleigh but still come back to this service centre.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. I drive a bmw and always expect services and breakdowns to b expensive but this place always seizes to amaze me with price and quality of work. Always honest and i always end up paying less then what i was orriganly quoted. ASome mechaniocs i dont feel safe with, but this place i do.
