The personal attention you get from Wai Ying is fabulous. You just cannot do the poses incorrectly! Lovely space, very clean and comfortable. An enjoyable experience all round.

I have been doing restorative yoga classes with Wai Ying 2-3 times a week for the past 4 months. I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, with recent months being particularly challenging.
Wai Ying has been able to tailor exercises to meet my individual needs, and her expertise has allowed me to practice yoga at a time when I am not able to exercise very much and my energy level is very low. It has been invaluable to be able to develop my range of movement without having to worry that it will compromise my health. Wai Ying is also such a positive person and the way in which she teaches yoga is calming and encourages mindfulness, so that I always leave the class feeling better than when I arrived. I highly recommend Wai Ying and her practice to anyone.

There's a good range of classes and levels. I've enjoyed getting back to basics and having two terms of gentle practice and now ready to go up a level. I've had two different teachers (Sue and Amber) and both were great at providing detailed guidance and instructions for adjustments.

I attended the Rest and Restore class on Friday June 14..
in the first ten minutes of settling in, I had tears if relief, joy and gratitude flowing down my face.
I realised how stressed out I have been, but that slowly melted away as Wai Ying guided the class through a series of delicious restorative poses.
I highly recommend this class!

Being in Wai Ying's classes has taught me how to move my body without causing stress or injury. I find her to be a very focused teacher that clearly explains each move and it's benefits and make it enjoyable would definitely recommend Reconnect Yoga.

I look forward to Wai Ying's yoga class every week. She brings such warm positive energy to the room which is very much appreciated after a long day. She has a knack to get you just in that right position in all the poses, extending your body and mind just that little bit further. Last but not least, Wai Ying is fun and it comes through in her yoga teaching.

Being a fellow yoga teacher, I am very fussy about yoga classes that I go to as a student. Wai Ying's warm approach and her anatomical knowledge about the way the body works are second to none. As a yoga teacher she has supported me through different stages in my life including pregnancy and post pregnancy (helped build my core strength from the inside out again!) She also provides a good balance of core strength, flexibility and relaxation/restorative yoga.

I really enjoy my classes at Reconnect Yoga. Wai Ying is a very thorough and careful yoga teacher and practitioner. She is also very warm and there is a relaxed and friendly atmosphere in the lessons. I can honestly recommend this studio.
