Wanted to book studio space. Was told it was all fine, until I was slapped with a whole different payment schedule- and when I questioned this - I was ghosted. It didn’t take long for me to figure out why this was the treatment for me . The owners themselves know . Shame on you. Do better. Be better .

Unfortunately I had a really negative experience at Prana House with one of the instructors. I went into an evening 90 minute yoga class. The class was running over time and by this stage I was feeling really unwell - I had a migraine and had strong pangs of nausea. I decided that I needed to leave quickly so quietly begun to collect my belongings and put my props away. I was instructed to sit down and be quiet. I complied, I quickly sat down, feeling really unwell. When the class ended, I was berated in front of the class and we were told that students were not allowed to leave their class early for any reason. I waited until they had finished, still feeling very unwell but now humiliated as well. However I was relieved that I would now be allowed to leave. I put on my shoes and tried to leave and was confronted again and was told that I'm not allowed to leave their class until they say so. I apologised and tried to explain that I was feeling really unwell. They were completely unempathetic and I have not been spoken down to like that before. I was now leaving feeling unwell, embarrassed and by this stage so completely distraught. I understand that it can be disruptive when someone is leaving a class, however it is the reality of group classes that occasionally people will have important and valid reasons for leaving. Taking away someone's ability to leave a situation is unethical and is my right as a customer. My partner nor I will return because of this incident.

I attend Prana House and regularly see Georgina Papageorgiou (owner and operator of Precious Beauty) for Beauty Therapy Services and have also attended two Yoga Workshops with Eleni Kyrpigikidis (owner and operator of Yogahari).

I have known Georgina for many years and have followed her throughout her career to the various locations where she has practiced. Georgina is warm, friendly, highly skilled and well-knowledged in all aspects of beauty therapy and particularly in skincare. She has the amazing ability to help all her clients unwind, relax and fully let go of all stress and tension during her wonderfully pampering and nurturing treatments.

Due to distance, I regretfully am unable to attend regular yoga classes with Eleni. However, I have attended two workshops that she has run. I found Eleni to be approachable, warm, well knowledged, supportive, caring, encouraging and most of all, inspiring. She shares her love and wisdom of yoga in a manner which makes it easy to understand and relate to. Eleni is a true asset to Prana House and I look forward to attending further workshops with her in the future.

Prana House offers a range of services and practitioners in a calm, serene environment.

An absolutely stunning space with lots of light and wooden floorboards. Beautiful for practicing yoga, but unfortunately the staff are a little strange and imposing. I have heard this from a number of people, who have changed to another yoga studio. I would highly recommend it, though, if you are happy to keep your distance and simply want a beautiful place to do yoga.

Approximate cost: $20
