I had a $10 loyalty voucher to use and I was looking for a dog coat for my staffy. I found one I really like and best of all my dog liked it too. It was easy to get on her and the material was soft and will be easy to clean.

The staff were helpful however it would have been better if the coats were individually priced so I didn't have to get the staff to scan them. Overall good experience.

The staff are friendly and are happy to see you and your pets. I like taking my dogs with me into the store to help socalise them (and also to see which treats/toys they like the best!) We tend to buy some treats & toys from here. There isn't the biggest selection of collars or leads and the ones they do have are quite expensive (and don't last long in rough doggy play).

The staff are always really friendly and come up to offer help. really good range of products and staff have great knowledge.
Always got specials and send out a specials e-mail.
great rewards club, too.
