This would have to be one of the best pet stores in Melbourne. Effie and her team are amazing and cater to all pets and their owner's needs. It's great to be able to get everything under the one roof and with real good old fashioned superior customer service and friendly advice. Our little dog Bailey loves this shop as they take such good care of him.

The staff here are great. I bought a 30 kilo bag of chicken feed and the lady who served me bought it out to the car for me - she was incredible. Another time I shopped there, they had a special promotion where you could pick a prize from a bag - I scored 10% off my order. You can also become a member and get sent alerts about sales and promotions etc.
