MOBO STYLE LOUNGE is absolutely professional. since I came back to Melbourne it was difficult to find a good hairdresser. Basically he is very well educated and has a great professional background which was very impressive. He was very humble and knowledgeable. He explained everything about all the problems I had when he saw my hair even before I mentioned. I was very surprised and he gave me a great haircut and my hair colour was spot on!
Now my hair is very easy to maintain also my husband told me I am having the best hair ever.
If you want cheap hair salons or talkative hairdressers this salon might not be suitable cause he is very high-end. And I tell my friends that I have an high-end hairdresser. I tried award winning hairdressers a few times but now I trust educated professional hairdresser cause he improved my hair and proved what he promised me. I love MOBO.

I would not recommend this business. The stylist was arrogant and unfriendly. I explained several times what I wanted, but sadly he did not do as I asked. I would not return to Mobo again
I tried a lot of famous hairdressers and always I had a same problem which they never listened to me and I saw everyone walked out with similar hairstyles and I hated it. I think you shouldn't go back to mobo. Maybe you had a problem to communicate with him. I found he was really genuine and intelligent. He was the only one listening to me patiently for a long time. I am very happy and I am loving my hair now also everyone including my husband tells me that I look fabulous. kk
Brilliant hairdresser. Knows EXACTLY how to cut my hair and does such a good job that even if I miss my 6 week appointments my hair always looks gorgeous and is perfectly manageable. Always give me honest advise about the best cut to suit my face and needs. Very hard to find a hairdresser who can get on your wavelength to understand what you want and to execute the cut while giving you a professional opinion and offering you years of expertise, but I have definitely found at MOBO. So happy I found this little salon!

I total agree with you. I just did something and found this web. when I saw the aggressive comment I got upset so I decided to make an review for my fabulous hairdresser. So many aggressive people make kind of this professional business looks so bad so many people can be confused.
I recently purchased a group buying voucher and made an appointment to use the voucher. However, despite having spoken to the stylist over the phone about my expectations over the phone, i was surprised and upset when the stylist wanted to add $80 surcharges on top of the $100 voucher i had already purchased to get a full head of foils. Only half of the surcharges were stipulated in the Ts and Cs. The rest were simply added on during consultation. It was very poor service and i felt that it was false advertising. I left not getting my hair done and very upset
If you bought a voucher from groupon then complain about groupon. If you want to meet your expectation you must pay for it. I don't understand people wanting to get full service with that voucher. Don't you think that makes sense? you can be upset because you didn't want to pay extra? I am sure you make everyone upset if you do this in every place to avoid to pay more. If you want to have professional services you must pay for it. otherwise just go somewhere really cheap and just be quiet. that's called 'manner'
Considering that my review was written in 2014 and you replied in 2016, reflects how terrible your service is. Don't advertise falsely on Groupon if you can't provide a proper service.

Are you saying that bad comment is a right thing do to and good comment is an advertising, I have no reason to advertise for this business. I just found your review and found you are a voucher shopper. If you are not happy you just shouldn't go. that's a right attitude isn't it. Don't confuse people with your voucher experiences that's why I commented. Everyone is different so your experience is not that worthy. just spread love. if you like then recommend if you don't like just don't do. You know that you can't be happy with everything that's why I read all your reviews
