I recently bought a brand new Toyota from Melville Toyota. I had been looking for a new car since April this year. I went into Melville Toyota a few times and was in contact with Brian Moon via SMS. Brian was extremely patient with me as I am extremely fussy about what I wanted in a car. I finally found the perfect car for me and Brian organised everything. When I went to pick it up he had set everything up in the car and ran me through every feature before I drove out of the car yard. What was even more comforting to me was that Brian messaged me the next day to see if everything was going well with the car and told me if I ever have any questions I can contact him. I am so in love with my new Toyota and would recommend anyone who wishes to buy a Toyota to go and see Brian Moon at Melville Toyota!

Sales person was excellent and this is the fourth new car I have purchased from Melville Toyota and I continue to have all my Toyotas serviced with Melville Toyota as I am completely happy with the product and the dealership.

Everything was on time, all accessories fitted without any issues or concerns. The 'fan fare' and photo opportunity was a good touch. A very Pleasant Experience, that All Toyota Dealers could learn from. We had made preliminary enquires at Scarborough Toyota but received no follow up, even after ringing the Sales Manager. Honesty in our dealings, Respect for each of us as individuals. Nothing was too much trouble i.e. NO negative body language.

I was collected from my home and taken to the dealership to take delivery of my vehicle. It was already waiting for my collection and the sales person set up my favourite radio stations and blue tooth as part of the hand over process.
