Good food here, well cooked and great for a bistro
Waitressing staff were polite and quick to bring out food.
Good place for those who don't mind a bit of noise.

Decent food and service here and location is good. Parmas are massive and super yummy. Order at the counter and buzzer goes off when it's ready. Pub meals but good value and tasty

Really enjoy the Bistro here, it can be a bit noisy, but they have a nice restaurant area that is quieter. Same food in both sides, which has been consistently generous and delicious when we have visitied, highly recommend.

Been here a couple of times and never been impressed with the food, its what you expect but overpriced. The Irish bar is empty when ever I have gone to it and the staff stand around and aren't very enthusiastic neither are they in very much of a rush to get you your drinks.

I have been to this venue many times for dinner with the family and have been really happy. This is what made me decide to book my daughter's ninth birthday party at Bobby Bistro's Alleyz Bowl.
Unfortunately, the party was very poorly organised. at around $20 a head, I expected that I would not need to do much at all, if anything to ensure that the party ran smoothly.
How wrong I was!
When we were told that the bowling would begin, I rounded up the children and had them ready to begin, only to find that the staff member who was supposedly helping us had gone on her break. Once she returned, some of the children had lost interest in bowling so we only had about 3/4 of the party actually bowling. Other children (not invited to the party) were allowed to join in (without my knowledge) and I had to go over and say that this wasn't appropriate.
When the food was brought out, the children were still bowling and it was only when I noticed that children not part of our party were helping themselves to our party food that I realised that I would have to go over and say that the party children should come to eat.
Unfortunately, the bowling was only about half way through at this point, and while the part were eating, other children used our lanes. By this point, I pretty much gave up and said that the children should just play in the playground instead of going back to the bowling.
What a waste of money!
I have truly never been a part of such a disorganised event.
I now understand exactly why the venue requires payment BEFORE the party begins - because afterwards, people would feel that they had not gotten their money's worth at all.

Food is predictable but overprices. Been here a few times and nothing on the menu has ever really stood out.

OK for pensioners and young families with kids - but that's about it.

Would only eat here if I had no other choice. The only plus is that it's close to home for me.

We had dinner in the Bistro area. The environment was as what you expect in a pub. It was dimly lit, but definitely not romantic! There is a play area to entertain the kids, but can be a distraction from their meals as they'd rather play than eat!

I had the fish and chips. Surprisingly it wasn't too greasy, which was what I liked about it. My friend had a medium steak, which was tough and unappealing. For the quality of the food, the price you pay is appalling. Too much for such average food. Honestly, I hope I'm never going to be dragged in there by friends again! I know other pubs with better food and pricing with the same amenities.

Very much a family/retiree-friendly environment. Comfortable set up. Kid's play area & gamezone off to one side, pokies area off to another (located far enough away that you can't hear the awful noise of the machines). Menu choice has been reduced but meal quality is still good. Typical pub grub - something for everyone. There is also a restaurant located inside the premises for people wanting a little more peace & quiet (similar but slightly more upmarket menu).

Approximate cost: $15
