Had our wedding here and the staff couldn't do enough for us to ensure our day was perfect! The grounds are amazing and the staff are exceptional!!!

BEAUTIFUL venue, the setting is amazing and the staff were all really friendly.
We stayed in the new 'modern' wing which was black and white very pretty would have been nice to have a bath or spa in the ensuite - the bed was super comfortable and surprisingly the mini-bar prices were really, really reasonable.
The only thing that let it down was the cooked breakfast was really bad. There were only one other couple there (already eating their meal) and our options were eggs cooked 3 ways and sides.
It took a long time to get the breakfast and the eggs were as hard as rocks - totally hard boiled and inedible.
We suggest that you order continental breakfast on your visit because they were only cooking 2 serves of eggs and got both totally over-cooked. Disappointing when the setting and stay had been amazing apart from that.

I must say it is the first time we have received negative feedback on our breakfast. We have received positive feedback from customers saying that it was great they could order exactly what went on their plates instead of receiving a fully cooked breakfast with no choice and unable to eat items. We do not offer continental breakfast very often as guests prefer a fully cooked breakfast included into the cost of the suites. Continental breakfasts however are available for those who request it.

We held our engagement party here. A beautiful three course family lunch for around 30 people.
There had been a big storm in Sherbooke the night before so they didn't have any electricity, but luckily they had generators so they could still cook all of the food, and the staff were so nice, they really did everything they could to make sure that we had a great day. The food was delicious and would definitely recommend it!
I had my engagement party here and the guests still talk about how spectacular it was.
We had the fires lit as the mist rolled on in late afternoon. The atmosphere was so comfortable and warm, everyone felt really relaxed and enjoyed the evening.
The food was amazing. My dad always mentions the eye fillet and how tender and tasty it was. There was a great variety across the buffet to suit all the guests palates.
The value for money is fantastic. The other venues I looked at didn't come close.
This venue certainly has the wow factor when driving up the driveway to the building. I am so glad it has been kept as you don't see many older buildings still around any more.
