Opening a restaurant is sometimes about location, location, location.
This one does not stand out well, parking is shared with the other tenants
Food is so so, I almost felt I could cook some myself at home.
Serving size is ok though

This little restaurant/take away opened recently. We ordered two pastas on a Friday night. There was quite a long wait but we thought we'd give them as a go as they are so close by. The pasta dishes (the Funky Monkey and Mix-Up) were overladen with cream and oil and just too heavy. We might still give their wood-fired pizzas a go though.
