I have always been very happy with the alterations I have had done here. The staff are very friendly and professional and very efficient. Sarah does a fantastic job every time. I have recommended this place to several people now.

Highly recommend , nothing too much trouble, work is impeccable . I take everything here knowing what ever it is it will be done perfectly and with a smile. Have recommended to many friends all of whom continue to go back also.

I normally take my alterations to Oaklands Park store but today, Friday 17th February, 2017 I wish I didn't... the seamstress today did a shocking job... she wrecked my top... cut threads at the front instead of feeding it back through and now coming undone. It looked a mess and I told her so she started cutting loose threads. I could have done a better done myself. She said it was terribly slippery to sew but it was a normal common jersey material, other seamstresses don't have trouble with it. Was $28 paid for nothing, which was a high price to start with. I was so disgusted that I picked the top up and told her I will never be coming back. Well done lady!!!! You don't deserve the title of seamstress. ☹️

rang for a quote on 2 formal dresses in for hems to be taken up. Quite expensive ($98 per dress!) bu was assured they could do the job on the Sunday no worries.

Explained that i would need 1 done straight away but had time for the second one to be done over a few days as that formal was later in the year.

When I arrived at the arranged time on the Sunday to drop the dresses off, the guy there was so UNhelpful. He said the person i spoke to on the phone didn't know what they were talking about. He said he would get the 1 dress i needed done if he wasn't busy!!!!

I said i needed to know if he didn't think he was going to be able to do it as it was the only day i was able to run around trying to get it done before the formal (I would have driven to the city if I needed to go elsewhere). He said he should be able to do it.

When i went back (after spending 5 hours at Marion walking around until the agreed pick up time) he ha done NOTHING then didn't want to refund the money i had to pay upfront when i took the dresses back.

Dodgy dodgy dodgy. service was non existent then it was deemed as MY fault that he didn't do the work.

I would suggest NOT using these guys for anything.

Ended up taking the dresses to Tip Top at Kensington (as they were near my work) in a desperate attempt to get them done in time. Fantastic service - see my review for more info

I needed a new zipper put in my favourite skirt. I took it to this store and was so pleased with my new invisible zipper. It cost nearly $30 but was worth it after the last attempt I made on another skirt. That skirt no longer exists. All my sewing skills seem to have disappeared as I have got older.
They also take in drycleaning but I think it must be delivered to another site.

I get all my clothes altered here especially my jeans, the staff are wonderful and always make sure that your happy with the fitting. Their attention to detail is so perfect. It just reminds me of going to my grandma's when I was younger - she was a seamstress - to get my clothes pinned so that it would fit just right.
