A group of thirty of us got together and booked three long tables at Iyara. This was the first time I had been there and thought the atmosphere was fantastic. The whole restaurant was buzzing with people, the wait staff relaxed but efficient, the kitchen is open but with a high barrier so it wasn't intrusive on the diners. The table ordered different meals, we had the Satay Chicken for Entree, Pad Thai and Massamun Neua Beef for mains. Overall cost us $40 for 2 adults. The food was very nice and I would definitely go there again.
Negatives - parking was terrible. There is a small car park in front of the restaurant but that was full so most of us parked on the street many streets away. Put on those walking shoes unless you are very lucky.
