Generally I like hotbox. They tend to turn over a lot of teachers here so I get a teacher I really like then they go. Also they have just started chanting before every class. The spirituality is ladled on a bit much here which is why I have only given 2 stars instead of 3. You might be into that. I just want to think about my body, not be told by some 20 year old how I should be living my life LoL.

Love this studio! The decor, rooms and facilities are a pleasure for the senses. I Like that they offer mostly 1 hour classes. You can choose from hot yoga (38oC) and power vinyasa yoga (28oC).
