They have me on a harrassing mail list somehow (as I have never been there)!, and I keep getting texts that are not wanted. Despite continually asking to be removed from these lists, they do not do it. So, out of principle I will never use this place. #harrassmentisillegal

Rude, rude, rude. And expensive. Winning awards for silly hairdos no one will ever wear does not make a good hairdresser, just a show off.

I've been going here for a number of years, only because I'm yet to find a better alternative. The prices are very high, and I usually spend over $300 each visit for a cut, blow wave and colour. I always come out looking great, but just wish I could afford to go more than twice a year!

I had my hair done at heading out for a number of years and found the quality was always very good. I was never disappointed with my hair and the staff were generally pleasant. They take the time to get it right and ensure you are happy. I only stopped going here as the price was very high and more than I could justify repeatedly spending

Rushed, long wait, very average result, and super over priced.
I was waiting quite a while, an apprentice stood there blow drying my already dry hair (??) probably to try and keep me busy while I was waiting! The cut and colour I recieved was very overpriced especially when they did a treatment and straightened my hair with out telling me how much extra it cost! I think they were more interested in selling than me having a positive experience.

The stafff at reception is always friendly and polite & if you already have an appointment, the waiting time is nil. Ive always had a good experience coming here be it for a cut or a facial. They even offer coffee or bubbly, which makes it a nice experience overall :)

After a couple of really bad cuts at my normal hairdresser I decided that I needed to go somewhere that would know what they were doing. I was not disappointed, I couldn't be happier with the style. I was treated exceptionally, b4 I had even sat down there was a glass of water being brought to me and I was offered champagne or coffee also. Before anything was done I was given a quote as to the cost so even though they are expensive I knew what the final cost was going to be b4 the stylist began.

Thinking I might give up on having colour done here - cuts are great but I never get the results I am asking for with either solid colour or highlights. Several years of this and I am giving up. How hard could it really be to lighten dark brown hair one or 2 shades? Always some excuse as to why it can't be done. I am so sick of dull brown hair!

The staff are rude. They tell you that what you want is NOT what you want. Not sure how that works.
They are expensive, flustered and focus on selling too much rather than focusing on you. They work on 3 customers are once, flitting between them.
Always, always keep you waiting about 10-15 minutes before anyone is free to begin.

Too expensive. Prices seem to change every time you go in there even when you get the same thing done.
