Have been coming here every 3 months for 2 yrs or so and used to highly recommend them.
Sadly, it is starting to chip and peel away at the paint work on my bonnet and front bumper.
I have immense pride in my car. Even got a garage built at home to protect and store it better. But my heart has been broken, seeing the paint work looking so shabby now.
Time to stick to manual hand washing, if their so-called soft cloths &/or strong jet sprays are ruining my car.

I tried this car wash after hearing good reviews. Went in with my SUV and was quite disappointed. There were still lots of areas where untouched. I.e. top of the back door. I had to clean it myself afterwards.

There is no doubt that Grand Wash Auto is the best car wash in Melbourne. It offers free vacuum as well. Totally satisfied. Just one thing I want to demand is extension of opening hours.

Not a great clean(premium wash) left lots a small bug poop marks on the paintwork but cleaned them off myself once finished. Also as it was my first time was looking for the vending machine but no attendants visible to ask and this was a Saturday morning.
Have always cleaned the car myself with good products and two bucket method and you can't beat the finish when doing it yourself and a lot more gentle than these supposed gentle cloth car wash places. Wouldn't do it again.

I went to this car wash establishment believing the good write ups about the quality of the wash and the great service.
My car came out very clean in sections but there were many areas untouched spoiling the overall clean image, namely the tailgate area, the wells under the door handles and the space between side mirrors.
After driving some distance with high expectations sadly this will be my one and only visit.

I was blown away with the overall clean of my HSV. I was not expecting much from an automatic carwash but checked grandwash out on the way to La Trobe. I entered the tunnel were the magic happens came out the other side a few minutes later and shazzam my car was just as clean as a handwash. I was shocked amazed and most importantly ultra impressed at the quality and value for money. I would not have believed ever that an automatic carwash would do such a great job. Will be back to wash my car at Grand Wash everytime. Thanks guys great service and a great product.

I you can't get it better than this. That's all what sums it up. Git my car out completely dry and that's something. Dirty offroad jeep to clean city 4x4 in 5 minutes!!!
